I wanted to do a quick post and ask everyone to please “pardon our dust” for a few days. I’m working on the website, and things may look a little messy and in new places temporarily - the recipes are still on the recipes page, and SHOULD remain accessible no matter what. I’m working away on getting some things moved around before we add some fabulous new recipes and other updates 🙂 If you’re new here - please stick around! I tried the popcorn in the instant pot and it was a failure! I was very DISAPPOINTED.. BUT Im not giving up, LOL… I will try it again another day.

Hi Bobbie! Popcorn is so finicky - some days I almost wish I didn’t get so excited with the popcorn post and video, haha. I think there are many other factors at play - I did the experiments with the butter and different oils, but I think elevation and the lid may even make a difference.
