Instant Pot Accessories
*6-quart Stainless Steel Insert - This is the next best thing to having an additional pot! We like to cook a main dish, and then we have another pot to whip up a side dish! 🙂
*6-quart Ceramic Insert - I also have this insert. I picked this up to check it out. If you’re a die-hard non-stick kind of person, this will be the insert for you. I honestly prefer the stainless steel one above - it’s easy to clean and I can use any utensil in it.
*Instant Pot Silicone Sealing Ring - We both have extra sealing rings! The rings may retain the scent of the food made in them, and we don’t want savory flavor added to sweet dishes 🙂 This is the official Instant Pot sealing ring. There are others out there, but this is the only one that has been tested by Instant Pot to be safe for use. Best to be safe!
*Instant Pot Lid - There are some recipes that use only the sauté function. To prevent splatter during cooking, a simple lid may be necessary. This is the official Instant Pot lid!
Yogurt Making Accessories
*Euro-Cuisine Yogurt Strainer - If you’re planning to make a lot of yogurt, and prefer a thicker style Greek yogurt, this is for you! This is Melissa’s favorite gadget, and she uses it to make amazing yogurt!
*12″ x 12″ Reusable Nut Bag - Danielle ordered this in lieu of the yogurt strainer. It isn’t always pretty, but it gets the job done!
Pans
We both have the 6 quart DUO-60 model. All of these pans work beautifully in it 🙂 They would also work in the 5 and 8 quart pots (although stacking pans in the 5 quart may be slightly different than the 6 quart).
*7″ Springform Pan - There are so many different types out there, but this is the one Danielle has. She loves the waffle design on the bottom (she likes texture - no one else will notice!), and she loves the shorter depth of it. This is FABULOUS for making delightful cheesecakes, breads, lasagnas, and more!
*4″ Springform Pans - Mini cheesecakes? YES PLEASE!!!! You can fit FOUR of these pans in the 6 quart pot and make four mini cheesecakes at a time!! 🙂 Danielle ordered 3 sets so she is going to have nine pans to cook in - yum!! 🙂

*6″ Square Pans - These are an add on item at Amazon, but having TWO of these means being able to make TWO lasagnas at one time, or two dishes! They stack nicely in the 6 quart Instant Pot insert - yahoodle!

*Mini Loaf Pans - How cute is this set??? They are perfect for meatloaf, reheating leftovers and more!!! We’ve been able to fit two into a pot at a time, along with a round 4″ mini pan! Danielle made two meatloafs and a lasagna at the same time!
Steamer Baskets

*Steamer Basket - This helps keep food out of the liquid, and helps when steaming vegetables and other foods. It comes in handy for so many foods.

*Steamer Basket - This is the exact basket that Danielle has 🙂 It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and does everything it needs to do to steam veggies, meats, and more! She also uses hers all of the time to steam frozen pierogi 🙂

*Silicone Steamer Basket and Mitts - This is next on Danielle’s list! She likes the stainless steel basket, but wants to try something different! The mitts though - these are so handy in taking the instant pot insert in and out when it’s hot!! 🙂
Miscellaneous Accessories

*Criss Cross Chopper - Danielle has been using this every time she makes hamburger or any meats that need to be quickly chopped! It’s the simplest thing ever, but has come in so handy!

*Instant Pot Silicone Mitts - These are the official Instant Pot silicone mitts! They are super duper useful when moving the hot Instant Pot insert.

*Silicone Mitts - The Instant Pot insert can get VERY hot!! For dishes that need to be taken out, these silicone mitts come in handy!!! Slip these on to protect your fingers from the heat - Danielle uses hers when she takes out the trivet as well!

*Extra Countertop/Stove Protector - this is GREAT to use if you plan to set your Instant Pot on the stove when you’re cooking with it. All it takes is one turn of the burner, and your bright and shiny Instant Pot may no longer function. This will help prevent that from happening, and will protect your investment! 🙂

*Instant Pot Accu LS-Immersion SV02A Sous Vide Circulator (120V, 800W) - if you know how to sous vide, or want to sous vide in your Instant Pot, this is the gadget for you! Danielle snagged this on a Black Friday sale and holy buckets - best chicken EVER!
Food

*Red Mill Steel Cut Oats - If you like steel cut oats, this is a GREAT deal!!! This is much less expensive than the grocery stores in our area, and if you eat steel cut oats like Danielle does - you’ll need to buy them in bulk too!! 🙂
